Based in Whitehall Court, Central London, the Whitehall String Quartet performs for weddings and receptions
in the finest venues throughout the City. The WSQ has provided elegant music for many of life's most important occasions, including Wedding Ceremonies and Receptions, Corporate Events and Christmas Holiday Parties, performing in many of the UK's finest homes, hotels, country clubs, churches and cathedrals.
Each member of the WSQ is a highly trained, professional and dedicated musician in their own right and together have performed for a number of highly respected dignitaries. These have included appearances for
Pope John Paul II, The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Dame Judi Dench, to mention a few.
Individually, the members of the WSQ also frequent the many great concert halls of the UK,
such as the Royal Albert, Cadogan, Royal Festival and Bridgewater Halls, performing with the Halle, Royal Philharmonic, London Philharmonic and BBC Symphony Orchestras.
In contrast they also have been seen on the stage of the X-factor and have accompanied a variety of
pop artists, including Sting, Sir Tom Jones and Frank Zappa.
Though a London-based string quartet of the highest standard, the WSQ is very happy to travel to your destination anywhere in the United Kingdom and beyond, no matter the distance. We look forward to making your special event a

This piece of music remained undiscovered until the 20th Century, but is now possibly the most requested piece of music we perform at weddings and corporate events and the reason for adding it to our homepage. Enjoy!
